Recently, it has given a deadline of another three months.\u00a0That means you can update the details free of cost till 14 March 2024.\u00a0Udai said in a statement that it has been decided to extend the deadline due to a positive response from the public.\u00a0A fee has to be paid to update the Aadhaar documents after the deadline.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uday had earlier suggested that those who have completed 10 years from the date of registration of their name for an Aadhaar card should submit appropriate documents and update the details contained therein.\u00a0Henceforth, everyone should submit identity card and address verification documents at least once every ten years and update the details in the Central Identities Data Repository (CIDR).\u00a0It is said that due to this process, the information of the citizens will be updated from time to time at the CIDR, which will contribute to accurate information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those who have completed 10 years of Aadhaar will have to update their demographic details.\u00a0For this one has to log in to the Udai website and submit the latest identity card and address details.\u00a0Ration Cards, Voter ID, Kisan Photo passbooks, and Passports can be used as verification documents for both identity and address.\u00a0TC, mark sheet, PAN\/e-PAN, and driving license can be used as proof of identity, Uday said.\u00a0Electricity, water, gas, and telephone bills (not exceeding three months old) can be used as proof of address, Uday said.\u00a0Scanned copies of the attestation documents have to be uploaded on the &#8216;My
