Address proof and birth certificate of child is necessary to apply for Bal Aadhaar. Application form for blue aadhar has to be filled and all relevant certificates should be attached along with it. Parents should also provide their own Aadhaar information during the application. Mobile numbers of parents should also be provided for Blue Baal Aadhaar Card. Children’s photo will be taken at the registration center. The same photo will be printed on Aadhaar card. Post the scrutiny of all the details and documents, a message will be sent to the specified mobile number.
