The Congress party has announced the first list of candidates contesting for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. The party’s National General Secretary KC Venugopal announced the first list of 39 candidates. Rahul Gandhi will once again contest from Wayanad seat. Venugopal said that out of 39 people in the first list, 15 are general and 24 belong to SC\/ST\/OBC\/minority category. In the first list, 12 candidates are under 50 years of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first list contains the candidates contesting from the states of Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, Lakshadweep Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tripura and Sikkim<\/p>\n\n\n\n
