Bhaskara Rao\u201d. He is currently leading the Politburo and Political Affairs Committee (PAC) of the Janasena party. He is one of the most educated politicians in Andhra Pradesh and well experienced senior in Janasena. He contests an election from the Tenali constituency of the Guntur district and he is the second most powerful\u00a0leader in Janasena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manohar was sworn in as the 18th Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly on 4 June 2011. Also, he served as a two-time Member of the Legislative Assembly in Andhra Pradesh. On 12 October 2018 he joined in Jana Sena Party and led various committees of the party in Pawan Kalyan leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" Politburo member after joining the party in 2018. His qualifications and seniority made him as the second most powerful leader in the Janasena party after <a href=\"https:\/\/studybizz.com\/politics\/pawan-kalyan-konidela-biography-age-spouse-family-native-political-party-wiki-and-other-details\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1348\">Pawan Kalyan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nadendla_Manohar_Political_Experience\"><\/span>Nadendla Manohar Political Experience<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadendla Manohar was elected as the Speaker in June 2011. He was elected as the Member of Legislative Assembly from Tenali Constituency of Guntur District in Andhra Pradesh in the 2004 and 2009 General elections. An Economics Graduate from Nizam College, Hyderabad, Mr Manohar holds an MBA<br>Degree with specialization in Marketing from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Before he was elected the Hon&#8217;ble Speaker, he served as the Deputy Speaker of the A.P. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legislative Assembly and has also chaired important Committees including the House Committee, which probed the functioning of Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (Primary School Education) in Andhra Pradesh. He has served the Congress Party in various capacities. Earlier, as the General Secretary of the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee, he focused on developing NSUI and Youth Congress in A.P. As Chairman of the Assembly Library Committee, he showed keen interest in digitizing all the A.P. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legislative Assembly debates from the year 1952 onwards, which included approximately three lakh pages. Realizing the need to empower Legislators, he has embarked on a mission to improve the I.T. infrastructure in the Legislative Assembly. He had not only provided Laptop Computers and handheld Tablets to the Hon&#8217;ble Members but also brought in Wi-Fi connectivity in the Assembly. Mr. Manohar was a nationally ranked Tennis player. He has participated in several tournaments in the country and abroad. He was Bronze Medallist in the National Games, in 1986. Apart from focusing on the conservation of wildlife and improving the life of the rural poor, he has attended several Commonwealth Parliamentary Conferences and spoke on critical issues like the need to have more transparency and accountability in the Legislatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining Janasena, He was an elected Member of the Indian National Congress from Tenali Constituency of Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh in the 2004 and 2009 General elections. Nadendla Manohar was elected as the Speaker in June 2011. He contested and lost in the 2014 elections. After losing the elections of 2014 he joined in Janasena party and contested from Tenali again.
