It is the old corporation of Kavadiguda (2016). She contested the 2023 Telangana Legislative Assembly elections as a Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) candidate from Secunderabad Cantonment constituency, an SC reserved constituency, and won the seat when defeated BJP&#8217;s Ganesh N by 17,169 votes. His father, the late G.
