The Staff Service Commission <\/strong>announced SSC MTS Recruitment 2023 for Multi Tasking Staff and Havaldar posts in CBIC and CBN. As per the SSC MTS notification,\u00a0 12,523 vacancies for MTS and Havaldar in CBIC and CBN have been announced\u00a0<\/strong>and the vacancies for Multi Tasking Staff posts will be intimated later on by the commission. The candidates who are preparing for SSC MTS 2023 have to submit their online applications from 18 January 2023 to 24 February 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SSC has released the SSC Calendar 2023 for the exam conducted by the SSC. The SSC MTS 2023 notification has been released on 18th January 2023 and the SSC MTS Exam is tentatively scheduled in April 2023. The important dates regarding SSC MTS 2023 are given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The eligibility criteria for SSC MTS and Havaldar 2023 include Nationality, Education Qualification, and Age Limit. The candidates can check the detailed eligibility criteria from here along with the age relaxation for various categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>SSC MTS & HAVALDAR Education Qualification<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The candidates must have passed Tenth Class or Matriculation Examination<\/strong> or equivalent from a recognized Board as on or before the cut-off date i.e. 17-02-2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>SSC MTS Age Limit (As on 01-01-2023):<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
MTS has vacancies in two age groups. Check both age groups below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

18-25 years (i.e. candidates born not before 02.01.1998 and not later than 01.01.2005) for MTS and Havaldar in CBN (Department of Revenue).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
18-27 years (i.e. candidates born not before 02.01.1996 and not later than 01.01.2005) for Havaldar in CBIC (Department of Revenue) and few posts of MTS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

The SSC Multi-Tasking Staff is a general central service group \u2018C\u2019 non-gazetted, a non-ministerial post that falls under Pay band-1 (Rs.5200 \u2013 20200) + Grade Pay Rs.1800.\u00a0SSC MTS salary comes to be around Rs.18000- Rs.22000.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 7^{th<\/sup>\u00a0Pay Commission has impacted the salary structure in somewhat a positive way.\u00a0The in-hand salary is around INR 20,000 per month.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n}
The salary structure comprises many aspects such as basic pay, DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rental Allowance), TA (Traveling Allowance), and dearness allowance on traveling allowance, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Besides, there are contributions to the National Pension Scheme, CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme), CGEGIS (Central Government Employees General Insurance Scheme), and deductions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
