The Pradhan Mantri National Apprenticeship Mela will be conducted in 242 districts of the country on the 9th of this month. The Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Ministry said, several local businesses, companies, and organisations have been invited to be part of the mela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PMNAM offers a unique opportunity for local youth to shape their careers through apprenticeship training. Participating businesses will have the chance to meet potential apprentices on a single platform and choose applicants on the spot, providing them with an opportunity to strengthen their livelihood and learn new skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The government is aiming to train 1 million youth per year through this initiative and platform. In addition to the valuable on-the-job training that will be provided, candidates will also earn National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET)-recognized certifications upon completion of the training session. This will help to improve their employability and increase their chances of finding long-term employment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Eligibility and Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
To be eligible for PMNAM, candidates must have successfully cleared class 5 to class 12 and must have skill training certificates, or ITI diploma holders or graduates. In addition to their educational qualifications, candidates must also bring several documents to the event, including three copies of their resume, three copies of all marksheets and certificates, a photo ID (such as an Aadhaar card, driving license, or PAN card), and three passport size photographs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PMNAM is a fantastic opportunity for local youth to gain valuable on-the-job training and earn NCVET-recognized certifications. With the participation of several local businesses, candidates will have the chance to choose the best employer for their needs, while businesses will have the chance to select the most suitable candidates<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Individuals can register for the mela by visiting\u00a0 https:\/\/www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in\/<\/a>\u00a0and to find the mela\u2019s nearest location. The candidates who are\u00a0Class 5 to Class 12^{\u00a0<\/sup>pass outs\u00a0and have skill training certificates, or ITI Diploma holders or graduates can apply in this apprenticeship mela.\u00a0The candidates must carry three copies of their resume, three copies of all the marksheets and certificates, photo ID (Aadhaar card\/driving licence etc) and three passport size photographs to the respective venues.\u00a0Those who have already enrolled have been requested to reach the venue with all the relevant documents.\u00a0Through this fair, the candidates will also earn National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET)-recognized certifications, improving their employability rate after the training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n}
