Assistant Professor (Grade III)<\/strong> \u2013 Fresh Ph.D. with one SCI journal publication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Assistant Professor (Grade II)<\/strong> \u2013 1 year post-Ph.D. with 2 SCI journal papers or 1 patent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Assistant Professor (Grade I)<\/strong> \u2013 3 years post-Ph. D. experience with publications, projects, and supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Associate Professor<\/strong> \u2013 6 years post-Ph.D. with completed Ph.D. guidance, SCI papers, and projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Professor<\/strong> \u2013 10 years post-Ph.D., guided 2 Ph.D.s, 3 SCI papers in last 4 years, plus outreach and patents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
