Telangana Government has released a mega District Selection Committee (DSC) notification for filling up 11,062 posts in the Education Department on 29 February 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TS DSC Exam 2024 shall be held from 17th July till 31st July 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SGT <\/td> Must Possess Intermediate \/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) as recognised by the Board of Intermediate, Telangana with at least 50% Marks (In case of SC \/ ST \/
BC \/ Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) and Pass in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education \/ Special Education in D.Ed \/ 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education.<\/td><\/tr>

<\/span>TS <\/strong>DSC 2024<\/strong> Age Limit<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The candidates should possess a Minimum of 18 years & Maximum of 44 years. The age is reckoned as of 01\/07\/2023 (Rule-12(1) (a) (v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Age (18 years): <\/strong>Applicant should not have been born after 01\/07\/2005<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maximum Age (44 years): <\/strong>Applicant should not have been born before 02\/07\/1979<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Age Relaxations: <\/strong>The upper age limit prescribed above is however relaxable in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>TS <\/strong>DSC 2024<\/strong> Application Fee<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The fee to be paid towards application processing and written test is Rs.1000\/- per post. Candidates intending to appear for multiple posts need to pay the fee of Rs.1000\/- separately for each post and submit separate applications for each of the posts applying for, informed the official notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>TS <\/strong>DSC 2024<\/strong> Selection Process<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For School Assistants (SAs) and Language Pandits (LPs) selection will be on the basis of combined marks secured in the Written Test (DSC) 80% and Paper II of TET (20%) Weightage except School Assistant (Physical Education) <\/strong>duly following the Provisions of Rules.
For School Assistant (Physical Education) and Physical Education Teachers (PETs) selection will be on the basis of marks secured in the Written Test (DSC) duly following the Provisions of Rules.For selection will be based on combined marks secured in the Written Test (DSC-2023) 80% and Paper I of TET (20%) Weightage duly following the Provisions of Rule.<\/li><\/ol>\n

To apply online for the post of Secondary Grade Teacher and participate in the Teacher Eligibility Test cum Teacher Recruitment Test (TET cum TRT) to be held at DSC, Telangana, an individual must Have pursued 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognised institution, and his or her age must not be below 18 and above 44 years, there will upper age relaxation for OBC\/SC\/ST for 5 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
