About Jagananna Civil Services Incentive scheme

AP government has launched "Jagananna Civil Services Protsahakam" a cash incentive scheme for aspirants preparing for civil services examination in the state.
Under this scehme cash incentive in the form of DBT shall be provided to aspirants who qualify prelims and main examination. To further eloberate,
- cash incentive of 1,00,000 (one lakh ) shall be provided to aspirants who qualify civil services preliminary examination
- cash incentive of 50,000 (fifty thousand ) shall be provided to aspirants who qualify civil services main examination

Eligibility for Jagananna Civil Services Scheme

- This scheme applies only for socially and economically weaker sections in the state
- Candidate should be permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh .
- Total annual income of family should be less than 8 lakh per annum , should submit payslip and income tax proofs if any one employed in family.
- Land holding of the family should be less than 10 acres in case of wet land and less than 25 acres in case of dry land and together should also be less than 25 acres
- Candidate must have passed civil services prelims or mains examination in any attempts allowed by UPSC.
- Candidate must furnish all supporting documents above for verification.
