పాస్టర్లకు గతేడాది మే నెల నుంచి నవంబర్ నెల వరకు గౌరవవేతనం చెల్లించనున్నారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా మొత్తం 8,427 మంది పాస్టర్లకు నెలకు రూ.5 వేల చొప్పున అందజేయనున్నారు.
పాస్టర్ల వేతనం సంబంధించి మరియు చర్చి స్థలం సంబంధించి కింద ఇచ్చిన లేటెస్ట్ GO నిబంధనలు వర్తిస్తాయి.
రాష్ట్రంలోని అర్చకులు, ఇమాంలు, పాస్టర్లకు ఇచ్చే గౌరవ వేతనాన్ని పెంచుతూ జగన్ సర్కారు శుక్రవారం సాయంత్రం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. రాష్ట్రంలో మతసమరస్యాన్ని మెరుగుపరిచేందుకే ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించింది. హిందూ ఆలయాలకు సంబంధించి.. కేటగిరి-1 దేవస్థానాలలో పనిచేసే అర్చకుల గౌరవ వేతనాన్ని రూ.10 వేల నుంచి రూ. 15,625కు, కేటగిరి-2లో అర్చకుల గౌరవ వేతనాన్ని, మసీదులో పనిచేసే ఇమాంలకు రూ. 5 వేల నుంచి రూ. 10 వేలకు పెంచుతూ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నట్లు వెల్లడించింది.
అలాగే, ముసీదుల్లో పనిచేసే మౌజాంలకు గౌరవ వేతనాన్ని రూ. 3 వేలు నుంచి రూ. 5 వేలకు పెంచుతున్నట్లు ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం తెలపింది. అలాగే చర్చిల్లోని పాస్టర్లకు గౌరవ వేతనంగా ఇకపై రూ. 5 వేలు ఇవ్వాలని నిర్ణయించినట్లు వెల్లడించింది. ఈ మేరకు ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. కాగా, ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి మేనిఫెస్టోలో ఇచ్చిన హామీలను వరుసగా నెరవేరుస్తూ వస్తున్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఇందులో భాగంగానే అర్చకులు, ఇమామ్, మౌజం, పాస్టర్ల గౌరవ వేతనం పెంచారు.
As per G.O.Ms.No.52 land must be in the name of Church.. which means supporting documents have to be submitted.
Not eligible
if the Church fulfills the eligibility criteria then the pastor will be eligible. No specific guidelines were there with regard to Pastor's eligibility.
Bank account must ne there. It can be either savings or current but account must be in the name of Society/ Church.
In GO the eligibility criteria is with regard to Church only. So Pastor can be eligible if he/she receives pension also.YSR Pension kanuka beneficiaries are eligible for YSR Cheyutha scheme. So, technically it might not be a criteria for not considering to honorarium scheme.
Pastor profession is not gender based. Anyone can apply.
eKYC relates to GSWS. From Minorities Welfare Department perspective we follow only G.O.Ms.No.52 . For ineligible candidates taking eKYC is waste of time. (It's just opinion)
6 step validation is not there. Only G.O.Ms.No.52 is eligibility criteria.
If Pastor's Church fulfils eligibility criteria mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.52 then he/ she will be eligible.
if Government instructions were issued then new registrations will be started.
As it was said earlier, Pastor's honorarium is a special case. Transferring of data must be provided from one welfare Assistant to another.
