It is affixed on the windscreen of your vehicle and enables driver to drive seamlessly through toll plazas, without stopping for cash transactions. Then, in the &#8216;KYC&#8217; sub-section, you need to select the &#8220;Customer Type&#8221; and then fill the mandatory fields by submitting the required ID Proof and Address Proof documents along with your passport size Photo and Address (as per Address Proof).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before submission of these details, you must mandatorily tick the &#8220;Declaration: I\/We confirm the attached documents are authentic documents. I\/We have the originals with us&#8221; for proceeding further with the KYC verification process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_much_time_will_it_take_for_my_KYC_request_to_get_processed\"><\/span>How much time will it take for my KYC request to get processed?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your KYC will be processed in maximum 7 working days from the date of submission of your request for KYC upgrade.Post submission of KYC request, you can check the status of your KYC in the &#8220;My Profile&#8221; page of the Customer portal itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If all your submitted documents are valid and matches with the information as provided by you during the KYC updation and Customer Registration, then your KYC verification will be accepted and your KYC status will get changed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is any mismatch in the information provided or if submitted documents are not proper\/valid, then your KYC will get rejected and the same will be alerted to you for updating again in the same manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_are_the_documents_needed_to_apply_for_FASTag\"><\/span>What are the documents needed to apply for FASTag?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You will need to carry original as well as copy of your KYC document<br \/>You need to submit the following documents along with the application for FASTag:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passport size photograph of the vehicle owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KYC documents as per the category of the vehicle owner:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online Portal for customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Individual\"><\/span>Individual<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ID proof and Address proof from the list mentioned, and 1 passport-size photograph<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving License<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PAN Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voter ID Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid driving license would be sufficient for Address &amp; If car owner is not present at the time of application, driver will need to submit his photo ID proof.A valid driving license would be sufficient for Address &amp; ID proof.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Lucida Sans','sans-serif'; color: black;\">All documents (copies) submitted by customer to the Bank must be self-attested by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also Government has put deadline to adhere to One FasTag One Vehicle which means only one fastag account can be linked to One Vehicle. If more than one vehicle has same FastTag or One vehicle has more than one FastTag it will be made inactive.
