Orientation to Parents &amp; Students<\/td><td>June 2025 (As decided by the Govt.)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"APMS_Inter_Admissions_2025-26_Guidelines_Process\"><\/span><strong>APMS Inter Admissions 2025-26 Guidelines Process:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The following guidelines are prescribed for the <\/strong>conduct of the <strong>admission\u00a0process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Press Note has to be issued in the local leading newspapers under news items by respective Principals of Model Schools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The admission into Intermediate 1st year courses shall be purely on a merit basis i.e., as per the marks secured in SSC Examinations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Principals should conduct special drives in the catchment area of Model Schools to motivate the Parents by explaining the advantages of Model Schools, i.e. Free Education in English Medium, free books, free uniforms, free food in the afternoon (Mid-day Meals), good infrastructure facilities, library and laboratory facilities by utilizing the services of the teaching faculty working at their respective Model Schools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pamphlets and flexes have to be printed and distributed, displayed in the surrounding villages and prominent places narrating the advantages of studying in Model Schools\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awareness Programme should be conducted at school level al with MEO, Headmasters of Primary Schools and Parents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rule of reservation should be followed in accordance with the references cited without any deviation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure that 33.33% of the seats should be reserved for girl students in all the categories of SC-15%, ST-06 %, BC-29%, OC-40% and EWS-10% (annexure enclosed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Care Should be taken while filling up the unfilled vacancies in particular categories as mentioned in the reference 3rd cited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not to receive any offline applications and no admissions are permitted offline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not to take up any admissions beyond the sanctioned seats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sections should be formed as per selection senior number i.e. First (40) students will be one section i.e. MPC, Bi.P.C, MEC, CEC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Principals of the respective Model Schools are solely held responsible for making arrangements for conducting of Admission Process and preservation of records for future correspondences any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously as per rules in vogue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Principals of respective Model Schools shall hold the records of the whole admission process for further correspondence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The selection of the students will be made through a committee formed under the Chairmanship of the Joint Collector of the district at a central place for one or more days depending on the number of schools located in the District.\u00a0<strong>The constitution of the committee shall be as below:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Joint Collector &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Chairman<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>District Educational Officer &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Vice Chairman<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regional Inspecting Officers, BIE<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;
