The AP RCET Application Form has been available and those applicants are aspiring to complete their M.Phil and Ph.D. courses offered at 14 universities in Andhra Pradesh, they can apply in AP RCET by filling the application form on the basis of their eligibility criteria. Applicants must have to prefer the exam pattern for better preparation of the examination if they have applied in this examination. The exam pattern details are mentioned below.
AP RCET Exam is conducted through offline mode.
This exam is divided into two parts — Part A and Part B — with 90 marks for each section. Part A consists of questions related to teaching and research aptitude, whereas, Part B consists of questions from specific subjects.
There shall be a negative marking of 1/6 marks for each wrong answer.

The syllabus of the AP RCET exam will be decided through authority Part-A of the entrance is Teaching and Research Aptitude which is based on the lines of UGC NET Paper-I Syllabus. However, for Part-B, syllabus is given separately for it.
The AP RCET Admit Card will issue to the candidates in the last week of October and those applicants have successfully submitted their application form, they can download the admit card by submitting payment reference Id, registration number, date of birth, and mobile number.
Applicants have to check all the details of the exam mentioned on the admit card. They also have to take the print out of it for future use.
On the official website of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, the AP RCET Answer Key will release and those applicants who have given the examination, can download the answer key.
Applicants can cross-check their answers by comparing them with their written answers in the examination. Candidates can also make an objection if they are not satisfied with the answer key.
The AP RCET Result will declare on the official website of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education and those applicants who have given the examination of AP RCET can check their results through online mode.
By entering the registration number and hall ticket number, applicants can check their results. Applicants will be shortlisted in the merit list as per their marks.
The authority will conduct an interview session and those applicants who have obtained qualified in the AP RCET examination, they will be called out for counseling. The shortlisted candidates need to discuss their research interest/area through a presentation before a duly constituted Committee.
The interview is for 20 marks. The candidate can only qualify for the interview if they qualified the following criteria-
